IVANA IOZZIA – After three consecutive victories, achieved over the course of three weeks, and races run, on Friday, July 21, Ivana Iozzia “had to settle” for third place in the Corri in Centro race in Clusone, Bergamo—a roughly 4k race part of the “Corri nei Borghi” circuit—in which Burundian runner Cavaline Nahimana was the first to cross the finish line in 12’22”, followed by Sara Dossena 26 seconds behind and by Ivana, who, with a final time of 13’01”, finished 40 seconds behind the winner.

ORAZIO BOTTURA – Orazio Bottura put in a solid performance on Saturday, July 22, at the Stralivigno 21k, a trail running race held in Livigno, in the province of Sondrio: The Oxyburn brand ambassador finished the race with a time of 1h28’27”, placing 17th overall and also taking first place in the SM45 category.

MARCO SAIA – Eighteenth overall with a finishing time of 1h39’02” and second in his age group, M1, behind Fabio Guidelli, who finished seventeenth, 59” behind: This was the strong result achieved on Saturday, July 22, in Farra d’Alpago, in the province of Belluno, by Marco Saia at the Italian Cross-Country Triathlon Championship, which was won by Marcello Ugazio and Eleonora Peroncini.

MATTIA ZONTINI – Mattia Zontini also delivered an excellent performance at the Italian Cross-Country Triathlon Championship in Farra d’Alpago, where the athlete from ASD Triathlon Pavese finished the race in a solid 11th place with a time of 1h36’22”, and also took second place in his age group.

MARIA ILARIA FOSSATI – Always working hard to rack up kilometer after kilometer to earn a spot in the upcoming Tor des Géants on September 10–17, 2017, on Saturday, the 22nd, Maria Ilaria Fossati finished the Trans d’Havet Trail Marathon 40k, in the Venetian Little Dolomites between Vicenza and Verona, in 12th place with a final time of 6h26’10”.
