From Thursday, February 25, through Wednesday, March 2, in Boario Terme, in the Bergamo area, the Italian National Mountain Running Team will hold its first training camp of the season in preparation for the European Championships in Arco, which will take place in the province of Trento on July 2, and especially in preparation for the World Championships in Sapareva Banya, Bulgaria, scheduled for September 11.
Among the athletes selected, Ivana Iozzia—the strong athlete born in 1973 who has been one of Team Oxyburn’s top performers for years—is almost certain to wear the blue jersey.
