SATURDAY, THE 18TH – In Pavarolo, Turin, the Pavarolo Geniale Trail will take place, a race featuring two courses—20k and 15k—with relatively modest elevation gains of less than 300 meters, at Pian delle Fugazze, Trento, the Trail della Lepre Rossa will take place—a 17k race with 760 meters of elevation gain.
SUNDAY, THE 19TH – In Farini, Piacenza, the Marcia del Principato delle Pianazze will feature three courses of 20k, 11k, and 6k, with elevation gains ranging from 800 to 200 meters; in Vinci, Florence, the Trail delle Terre di Leonardo will offer a 32k course with 1,200 meters of elevation gain and an 18k course with 500 meters of elevation gain, while in Montecoronato, the Trail del Monte Fumaiolo e delle Sorgenti del Tevere will take enthusiasts through the Forlì area with two routes: a 30k route with 1,400 meters of elevation gain and a 12k route with 920 meters of elevation gain.
In Trivero, Biella, the Oasi Zegna Trail will feature a 28k course with 1,400 meters of elevation gain and a shorter 10.5k course with 300 meters of elevation gain; in Leccio, Florence, the Marnia Trail will feature a 28k course with 695 meters of elevation gain and a 16.5k course with 400 meters of elevation gain; in Farini, Piacenza, the Farnini Vivo Trail will take place—a 27.2-kilometer course with 1,160 meters of elevation gain; in Poppi, Arezzo, the Trail della Falterona, a 25k course with 1,300 meters of elevation gain and a 14k course with 600 meters of elevation gain; in Molini di Tiora, Imperia,the Avatrail, 27k with 1,600 meters of elevation gain; and in Frassinoro, Modena, the Trail dei Pifonchi, 24k with 1,100 meters of elevation gain.
In Morbegno, Sondrio, next up is the Valtartano Skyrace Rally, a 23.9k team trail race with 1,920 meters of elevation gain, at Passo Fedala, Belluno, the Marmolada Historic Trail—a 21-kilometer course with 1,300 meters of elevation gain and an 11-kilometer course with 850 meters of elevation gain—in Veroli, Frosinone,the Ernica Skyrace—a 20-kilometer race with 1,676 meters of elevation gain—in Viganego; in Genoa, the Trail Val di Lentro—a 19.7-kilometer race with 1,100 meters of elevation gain—in Piancastagnaio; Siena, the Trail delle Miniere d’Amiata, 19k with 500 meters of elevation gain and 10k with 250 meters of elevation gain, in Scopello, Vercelli;the Alpe di Mera Skyrace, 18.5 km with 1,300 meters of elevation gain; and in Corniglio, Parma, the Ktrail, 18.5 km with 1,150 meters of elevation gain.
The Trail della Regina, an 18k course with 1,000 meters of elevation gain and a 6.5k course with 300 meters of elevation gain, will take place in Magno di Gardone, in the Brescia area; the Faito X-Trail, a 16k race with 1,400 meters of elevation gain, in Vico Equestre, Naples; the Trail delle Cantine di Camporeale, a 16k race with 830 meters of elevation gain, in Camporeale, Palermo will host the Marcia Alpina Piamprato, a 10k race with 1,000 meters of elevation gain; in Piamprato Soana, Turin, the Vertical Becca di Viou, a 9k race with 1,950 meters of elevation gain, will take place in Valpelline; Aosta; the Kmille Vertical Mauri, 3.9 km with 1,000 meters of elevation gain, in Ponte di Legno, Brescia; and the Gran Bucc Sky Race, a 30k race with 1,455 meters of elevation gain and a 22k race with 1,079 meters of elevation gain, in Tasquera, Piedmont.
