At the Brescia Art Marathon, the Oxyburn brand ambassador finished in an excellent fourth place, shaving more than two minutes off his personal best: he wore the 1630 Boost EvoBright calf sleeves.

At the 2017 Brescia Art Marathon, which took place on Sunday, March 12, Marco Ferraridell’Atletica Paratico secured an excellent fourth-place finish; with a time of 2h28’59”, he placed behind the three Kenyans who took the top three spots on the podium. Marco, an Oxyburn Ambassador and the first Italian to cross the finish line, also improved his personal best—previously set at 2h31′—with a half-marathon split of 1h15′.

Marco is a key member of the Italian national 100km ultramarathon team: “I’m over the moon; I really wanted this personal best,” he said after the race. “My previous time was 2 hours 31 minutes, and even just one second would have been enough. I finished in under 2 hours and 29 minutes, and I’m truly over the moon. I live in Iseo, work as a warehouse worker, and now I already have my next goal in mind: to run the 100 km in under 7 hours.”
