A successful debut for Giovanni Gualdi of Bergamo with Oxyburn compression products. On Saturday afternoon, he won the Giro Lago di Resia with a magnificent time of 49\u201901\u201d, marking his second victory in that magical race in Val Venosta following his 2011 win, when he triumphed in 49\u201921\u201d. <\/p>\n

A few more years under his belt, he\u2019s now a lifelong running enthusiast but no longer a professional runner, as he was in 2011 when he was a member of the Fiamme Gialle. Yet Giovanni \u201cGio\u201d Gualdi clocked a significantly better time, very close to the race record. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s a second youth for Gualdi\u2014perhaps more mentally free, more relaxed in his choices regarding races or training, where the daily motto is simply: \u201cfun.\u201d And that\u2019s exactly what happened in June when he won\u2014setting a record in the process\u2014the prestigious Monza-Resegone race alongside his team, and it\u2019s been the same in recent weeks, as he\u2019s focused solely on recharging his batteries and showing up fresh and ready for the \u201cResia\u201d event. <\/p>\n

Starting this July, Giovanni Gualdi has been an \u201cambassador\u201d for Oxyburn, so after testing our best products during training over the past few weeks, he wore them for the first time in a race on Saturday: \u201cI\u2019ve been using Oxyburn products for a few weeks now, and I couldn\u2019t be happier with them.
