Let\u2019s take a look at the trends for 2018:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Insany-T: <\/strong>fitness &#038; workout <strong>program <\/strong>. INSANY-T\u00ae combines elements of traditional aerobics\u2014as conceived by Dr. Kenneth Cooper\u2014with functional training and interval training. INSANY-T\u00ae was first introduced by multiple Cuban aerobics champion Reidel Duran Leon, who created a non-repetitive, choreographed <strong>aerobic workout<\/strong>. The <strong>cardio exercises<\/strong> are vigorous and high-intensity, combined with movements designed to <strong>strengthen and condition<\/strong> the muscles.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Boot Camp Training: <\/strong><\/strong>Indoor training moves outdoors, even in winter. Boot Camp training is designed for the most tenacious and daring, as it has direct military roots. This training system originated in the United States and <strong>was inspired by<\/strong> U.S. <strong>Marine Corps training<\/strong>. Motivation is one of the fundamental elements of this discipline; in fact, training takes place in all weather conditions, and trainers push participants to complete every exercise without cutting corners. Sessions include stretching exercises, running\/walking, military drills, obstacle courses, weight training, and jumps and leaps.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dynamic Yoga: With its <\/strong>powerful stress-relieving and relaxing benefits, it is a less static, more fluid and functional form of yoga that is accessible to everyone. The practice of Dynamic Yoga is ideal not only for those who already teach yoga, but also for those approaching this discipline for the first time. <strong>Dynamic practice<\/strong> has the advantage of gradually preparing the body, making it <strong>flexible and supple<\/strong>, while also improving cardiovascular fitness.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Animal Movements: <\/strong><\/strong>animals crawl and slither, walk and run, jump high and jump far, do somersaults, roll sideways, swing their arms, contort their bodies, and much more. In addition to strength and stability, this also includes mobility and flexibility, coordination, endurance, and speed. Training like animals also means that no two training sessions are ever the same; by using bodyweight exercises, you develop a wide range of skills. All movements are natural and functional. This means they are useful in our daily lives and maximize the potential of our movement abilities.       <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Water kickboxing: <\/strong><\/strong>also known as \u201cBoxino Splash,\u201d it\u2019s one of the hottest trends in fitness right now. An excellent solution for weight loss, it\u2019s an aquatic fitness program that can be considered a \u201ccombat workout.\u201d The format includes  <strong> <\/strong>Kicking and punching exercises in the water to strike the SparringBall\u2014that is, the punching ball used for boxing training, redesigned and adapted for fitness exercises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Calisthenics: <\/strong><\/strong>originating from artistic gymnastics, it combines gymnastic exercises with outdoor bodybuilding, where one\u2019s own body weight serves as the load to be lifted.
