But even in this case <strong>, proper nutrition can help: there are, in fact, certain joint-friendly foods that should be consumed daily<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">As for condiments, the best choices are<strong>extra-virgin olive oil<\/strong> and <strong>flaxseed<\/strong> oil (but only when used cold),<strong>apple cider vinegar<\/strong>, <strong>turmeric<\/strong>(a powerful antioxidant), and <strong>ginger<\/strong>, which reduces inflammation. On the other hand, avoid wine vinegar\u2014it\u2019s too acidic! <\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">It\u2019s important to start the day off right with a bowl of <strong>oatmeal<\/strong>, which has a very low glycemic index and powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Thanks to vitamin B6, <strong>bananas<\/strong> also help combat fatigue and reduce joint pain. Oatmeal can be eaten with milk or yogurt in a serving size of 30 grams.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">On the other hand, <strong>onions<\/strong> and<strong>garlic<\/strong> are two powerful natural anti-inflammatories that thin the blood and improve circulation. <strong>Salmon<\/strong>, which is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and <strong>green tea<\/strong>, which is also a powerful antioxidant, offer the same benefits. Be careful not to eat too much salmon, since it is still high in fat. And remember to grill it!   <\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Finally, among the fruits that are good for your joints, it\u2019s worth mentioning <strong>apples<\/strong>\u2014which are rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties thanks to their high flavonoid content\u2014and <strong>papaya<\/strong>, which reduces joint pain and is extremely rich in vitamin C.
